DIO IPSIΕΧΤRΑ VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

The Kononeiki olives from the estate's original grove were collected during the end of October and beginning of November and immediately cold-pressed.

The resulting extra virgin olive oil perfectly captures the classical Greek tradition. Its intense taste is a harmony of persistent fruity and delicate herbal aromas and flavours, all balanced with pungency and very low acidity content.

Oil is a living produce and ours has a recommended shelf life of 18 months from bottling. It springs to life at the table alongside fresh bread, in salads and many other Mediterranean dishes.
